WOD:  22 Bowens:  For time:

100 Double Unders
90 Sit Ups
80 Push Ups
70 Air Squats
60 Box Jumps (24/20)
50 Pull Ups
40 Walking Lunges
30 Burpees
20 Knees to Elbows
10 Handstand Push Ups


Welcome all to the easiest workout ever.  Only 100 Double Unders with 90 Sit Ups and 80, e-i-g-h-t-y, Push Ups!  A sprinkle of Air Squats here and a jiffy of Box Jumps there.  50 Pull Ups that will feel like fifty nifty hugs.  The lunges will be charming and the 490, as in FOUR HUNDRED and then NINETY more, reps will not in any way affect your pleasure when doing the Burpees.  The Knees to Elbows will be dazzling right at the end.  And finally the Handstand Push Ups!  I have seen people revel and bask for almost 5 minutes while trying to complete these Rx’ed.
